WEEK 0: MINGLE

remaining students: forty-two.
Hey, wake up! Before you're late for school!
The first thing you'll receive when you wake up is a notification: Updated Dorm Wars Standings.
☀️ SUMMER: 0
🍁 FALL: 0
❄️ WINTER: 0
Fall has truly swept over the campus, and the colorful leaves will crunch underneath your feet as you walk through the school. In fact, your adventures might bring you to some new locations where construction has concluded. Take a look around!
On every building bulletin board, as well as on your phone, there's a new posting for this week's Dorm Wars tasks. Check out which answer resonates with you the most, and then get those points for your team! Speaking of your team, it seems like Office Hours are open for all Dorm Heads if you'd like to chat with them. Maybe see if there's anything you'd like to redeem a voucher for?
Once again, a now familiar ringtone plays from every student's phone. The screen will automatically open to the Student Directory. Everyone's ID Cards with their wonderfully flattering and fitting pictures are now out there for the world to see. How do you feel about yours?
A few classes in particular have been highlighted with open enrollment and can be joined for the week:
- PHYS 760: Theoretical Physics
ENG 400: Does Shakespeare Is Gay?
FILM 198: Analysis of the Greats: Cats
ART 100: Coloring Inside the Lines
Finally, there also appears to be a hay ride attraction for everyone to enjoy. Yes, you can ride the tractor. No, you can't cause property damage. In fact, it seems like as you enjoy your hay ride or tractor joy ride, you may hear the occasional growl of a bear.... And just in case you need a nice cozy place to have all these deep, important conversations, a bonfire is located at the central campus lawn with blankets and wooden logs available for everyone to sit on - plus supplies for s'mores! Yay!

[Sakyou's gonna book it the fuck back home ASAP because he doesn't need wishes, he just needs to NYOOM.]
It's a little hard to say, since the information I've gotten so far is quite scattered and unconfirmed.
no subject
Uh huh, what've you heard?
no subject
What you've said, about the wishes. Someone else mentioned we can "win" a chance to take a trip home? Another still mentioned that we may not be here due to an administrative accident, either, supposedly confirmed by the bear.
no subject
I thought we just had to graduate?
no subject
[MIND-BOGGLING. He simply shrugs at that, though.]
Who's to say? It doesn't seem like anyone has a perfectly clear picture of what's actually expected of us, let alone why we're even here. [...] At least there are enjoyable parts to tide us over.
[And then death swoops in for the idols.]

[THE FUTURE IS WILD. He simply raises his shoulders in an elegant shrug, though.]
That's what they've said, at least, but it isn't as though we have much by way of proof.
no subject
I guess not! But why lie?
no subject
For any number of reasons. It's easier to keep people calm if they don't know an ugly truth, for one...
no subject
So, what? You think we're all gonna die or somethin'?
no subject
Goodness, nothing so extreme as that. [Canned laughter.] Though I can't say I'd be surprised if there were dangers here that we haven't been told of yet.
no subject
Like wolves? Bears? Zombies? As long as it isn't ghosts though, I can take care of that.
[ Sometimes being a total bruiser just works, you know? ]
no subject
Fair mood though honestly. Hilariously, Sakyou is also the bruiser of his squad despite looking like a beanpole.]
I... don't know what a zombie is. And I don't suppose any wildlife will suddenly appear, barring our principal? [...] Ghosts are quite hard to fend off though, certainly.
no subject
Our principal?

[THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT'S A BEAR.]
