Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

[ Caiman gets up off the floor. It's less so that he is willingly going into there, and more that his body is simply driven to do so -- he's a dead man walking by the looks of it as his arms hang limp and he walks past the audience towards the golf cart.

As he does so, you all receive! A memory.

He says nothing, nothing at all as he drives off. Beep beep, bye-bye Caiman! ]

[ Well, we're going to attack Byleth with his sword. Sorry for all these crying gays and hets in here.

WILL YOU GUARD OR DODGE, BYLETH? ]

[she doesn't lift a single finger, only watching as the blade drops towards her.]

[ what the fuck bitch niji you just want to die, the blade stops... He's just...

So angry. And so sad. ]

[ .... She doesn't move to stop him, but she will try to stop anyone who tries to stop him

[ i guess it has to be me, then, flinging herself to try and pull back his sword arm ]

[Denji turns off the chainsaw as soon as Caiman gets up in a non-dangerous way, but a small look of hope and a tentative touch on Caiman's arm is quickly withdrawn as he zombies away, and as the memory floods in Deni drops the chainsaw entirely]

[she watches him go, hands up and wrapped around the back of her neck, knees to her chest.

the memory just - makes her spit. she just turns her head and spits, and then, hoarsely:]

[and she gets up and walks away.]
