It's time. It's here. ~~Dead~~ Hot Girl Summer. Temperatures are heating up around campus, the smoothie shop is the place to be, and it seems like the end of the school year is in sight. Isn't that exciting? All the banners that had their motto shifted over the weekend seem to have reverted back as well. In fact, your adventures might bring you to some new locations where construction has concluded. Take a look around! Don't forget to peer over at Dean's List. Not to mention this is a school campus, which means things are changing all the time - keep an eye out.

On every building bulletin board, as well as on your phone, there's a new posting for this week's Dorm Wars tasks. Check out which answer resonates with you the most, and then get those points for your team! Speaking of your team, it seems like Office Hours are open for all Dorm Heads if you'd like to chat with them. Maybe see if there's anything you'd like to redeem a voucher for?

Though if you're looking through your phone, it appears that the profiles for Leo Valdez, Tsuyukusa, and Otome have all disappeared. Expulsion is a hell of a drug.

In order to combat the weather, it seems like there are quite a few stations set up around campus. There's a bunch of faucets that weren't there before, coupled with incredibly necessary supplies. Go for it, you know you want to. All's fair in love and Dorm Wars. Though it may be just a little concerning when, for very short blips at a time, you might be able to hear a clip of someone's thoughts as they happen.

I agree.

It already tried to make us into enemies, and failed. If by giving it a name we can make it our enemy, perhaps we need to identity what it really is...?

I tried not to give it a name because like - I didn't want to give it any ideas, right? Like if you just pick a name, it goes "oh, that sounds like Dimitri, I'm going to make him stab someone."

He called it No-Name. [points to molly.] I called it Faceless Asshole. One of those works.

If we wanna come to a consensus on name, I'm fine with that, but we gotta be careful with it.

Caution is a good idea, I do not mind referring to it as No-Name. But I wonder what it is... The story? This world itself?

Didn't really want to give it that shape yet. Know that's what it wants. Keeps asking Who Am I and such. Obviously it wants an identity.

Yeah...but it has some kind of idea. Like, it knows hatred. It thinks we're too kind. And it doesn't seem like just...ignoring it is a possibility.

Name or not, you start to make something for yourself eventually.

... If you ask me, the thing is pretty simple. It has its goals. But it's a narrow focus. Should be able to find a loophole. Smart group of people here.

There was a pause, when we asked about its name. Like, it wrote the first part of the answer. [ he gestures to "i have been waiting for you" ] And then stopped for a second, and then wrote the second part. [ "a name for me would be naming your enemy." ]

But... it also said, "name or no name, i will make it so", towards the end.

Identities are really important here. That's obvious.

...But what are we supposed to do? The more we think about it, the more we give it something to...to constitute itself on, I guess. What, do we refuse to give it attention and hope it goes away?

[ he snorts. ]

[ he gives ichiro kind of a questioning look... then carefully, almost cautiously comments, ]

...Do you have any ideas? I kinda feel like I'm running out of steam here.
