GRADUATION
graduationremaining students: none.
Hey, wake up! Before you're late for... graduation?
Everyone will receive a notification from Principal Bear that reads:
- ok,ease go to ehe fielkd for gruadation. ytolyu neerd toe reeive youru rewaards
Everyone will find that there is a graduation cap and gown in their dorm colors in their closet. If they leave their dorms without putting it on, they'll find that when they step outside they will suddenly be wearing it. Wiwaldi Academy says fuck you one last time. Outside, they'll see that the campus is completely decorated for graduation, with signs and balloons and everything. Festive! The field itself has a giant stage on it, with seats placed in rows for the students. Viola, Luke, Sally, and Chad are there as well, separate from Iris, Riku, Annie, and Hugo. On the bleachers sit various background NPC characters, because you can't have a graduation without a crowd.
At the front of the stage, banners will unfurl with the final Dorm Wars tallies:

TO THE WINTERS GO THE SPOILS
A song plays, and the graduating students will be called in alphabetical order to walk up onto the stage and handed their diploma, which will allow them to make one wish that can affect something outside the realm of Wiwaldi. Yes, if they want to leave they have to do this. Anyone in Winter will also receive an added certificate regarding their victory in the Dorm Wars. At least, once the ceremony is over, everyone can take off their cap and gown.
Once that's done, everyone is free to leave by walking down the path that leads to the train station. No matter what they're originally from, they'll be able to head anywhere. Even more, their phones will continue working if they want some quick communication with each other. For anyone who doesn't want to make a quick retreat, they'll find that the bonfire is blazing at full force and that there's a barbecue and picnic setup close by.
Looks like the summer term... is over.

Anyway!! Ichinose will throw her graduation cap off like a frisbee (watch your head unless you want to get bonked), before hustling to pack up her shit and leave. She'll briefly stop by the bonfire party, and will even politely wave and stop for anyone who wants to have one last conversation while on her way to the train. Anyone who wants to say their farewells can run into her at any of these three points, unless you want to wildcard things up.
But otherwise, byeeeeee. A bitch got her wish and has work to do now.]

anyway, post graduation, lucretia isn't immediately around! but near the bonfire and picnic setup later, a safe distance away from the bonfire itself, she sets something up.
maybe you've caught her working on this in various pcs before, maybe not, but what she's been putting some of her spare time towards ever since she got the supplies for it is-- a painting of everyone who's been here at wiwaldi, gathered in a group portrait. it's loosely grouped by dorm, more or less, but if you were here, you're in it.
she'll also be hanging around the bonfire itself for a while, not exactly reluctant to leave but just... not eager to run off yet, either. not without seeing people another time before the trip. so, whoever else is hanging out and familiar will get a smile and:]
Whatever's next for you, after we all make it out of here-- let me know how it goes?

Can do. Bettin' you've got some big stuff you're working on, too.
[there's a beat, and he looks at everyone gathering and saying their goodbyes]
Everyone gets to go home, huh? Better late than never, I guess.
no subject
It turned out very nicely.

That said, he... doesn't entirely know where he's going after this or what his plans are! But he's in a decent enough state to want to stick around a lil before heading off to the train and the great unknown. Also, his bracelet is doing one last favor for him and keeping Muramasa at bay A Final Time so he can be normal, god bless. He can be found:
a) Sitting by the roaring bonfire and playing some songs on his kokyū! He'll keep it vibrant and upbeat, to match the mood of a party. Come listen or join along with singing or playing, if you'd like!
When he's not doing that, he's also b) helping out with barbecue stuff! Whether it's tending to the grill, arranging cut fruit in an overly-pretty way for no fuckin reason because who pays attention to that nonsense at bbqs, or just kind of vibing off to the side, watching everyone else who's stuck around with a soft look on his face. Anyone who sits near him will be offered some alcohol because they deserve it?? They deserve it. One last toast for the road...]

anyway, i guess crow is here and wow. look at him. actually graduating. there are a few people out there in the world who would be legitimately proud of him.
he's in no rush to go -- he'll hang out by the bonfire for a bit, and mingle for a while. and heck, now that their powers are back, he'll even summon ordine for real this time, for anyone who really wants to see that big ol' mecha.
otherwise? well. he's lingering at the train and debating when to go. ]
no subject
...It feels a bit strange to be here, doesn't it? After everything.
no subject
No, he doesn't enjoy the whole graduation day ceremonies. It's a hot summer day, and he has chosen to wear his usual layers of outfits. His magic is back and he will never have to feel a hot temperature again.
This is the biggest win. (This is a stupid flex.)
A. He will stop by the picnic for some delicious meats. Bradley looks a little different, just because transformation is back! If you're nearby, a drink is handed to you. If you're an adult it's definitely alcoholic. It's definitely not, if you're a child.
B. He's heading off to the train now, as himself and will wave people off. Things to do, people to meet, moons to make sure don't end up killing the world. You know.]

Wha- huh? Did someone curse you?

instead she's just sitting around by herself, people watching. everyone lived and gets to go home and gets a wish, and she knows that doesn't undo all the trauma, but. it's something! better than the alternatives!!
that said, her hands do seem to be glowing and flickering with light uncontrollably. sometimes you have a lot of emotions and you have your magic back and it's just kind of silently going haywire. it's fine. ]
no subject
Sakyou's also just vibing and people watching, but he'll notice her funky flickering hands! After a beat, somewhat curiously:]
...Do they normally do that?
no subject
She won't be around for the bonfire. ]
no subject
Well, then . . . farewell.
[He turns around to enter the train. Goodbye.]

graduation is over! they've gotten their wishes. lila has a leather-bound book and a jewelry box now? it's antique-looking, and she's sorting through it with a very satisfied expression on her face. some new earrings and a ring... and a whole bunch of other stuff...
she's not wearing any of it yet, except for a fox pendant. it's fine. when someone approaches, she looks up.]
Could've done without the ceremony, but at least the payoff was good.

Sakyou's just nodding a little, though. He understands and vibes with that sad smile.]
You, as well. ...I do still hope that you're able to find time to rest as soon as it's possible, though.

you can also catch him at the train station! he's not got anything with him, oddly enough? but it's obviously intentional. if someone comes by to talk to him - especially close CR - he'll smile a little, something shuttered aside for now. ] Apparently the train's going to be a permanent thing. But if you're going to show up in my neighborhood, give me enough time to actually make sure things are squared away - don't really want anyone visiting while we're in the middle of shutting Amatsuki down. Don't think that'd end well.

He has not been to school in, like, a year and a half or so which is very funny. Now he's getting a diploma. If anyone claps or hollers or anything when he goes across the stage, he speeds up so fast to run off after.
He does stick around for the bonfire. He's in a Knife of Day shirt, but has the stupid KH2 vest over it. At the train station, he'll be loitering nearby without getting on it yet, the diploma rolled up and sticking out of his back pocket. He seems to be watch the train thoughtfully.]

fidgeting in the cap and gown the whole time from the moment it appears on his body, when he gets his diploma, he cheers loudly and rips it off him, throwing it into the crowd (that's what you do at graduation, right?) he will also clap and yell and holler for his friends as they cross the stage
anyway, after they're free from the ceremony, I think anyone with a scrap of denji knowledge knows where they'll find him—right where he began this whole school adventure: parked in front of the food table and just stuffing his face with alarming alacrity and concerning speed
aside from seeing people off at the train, and maybe taking one last tour of winter dorm, he and pochita stay at the party and the barbecue for as long as he's allowed—he's.....in no rush to get home
or catch him sometime near the bonfire, patting pochita and looking off towards the station with a semi-thoughtful look, before he turns to you]
So, whatcha gonna wish for?
[he's straight up asking because he's not a COWARD, so if you feel like doxxing your wish on main step right up, or you can ignore him and just hang out
also, I'm not on plurk but dm me for wrap-up pcs and the like anytime!! <3]

Anyway, catch her either at the bonfire or the train station running after people with her much more tricked out phone, app at the ready ]
