Fall has truly swept over the campus, and the colorful leaves will crunch underneath your feet as you walk through the school. All the banners that had their motto shifted over the weekend seem to have reverted back as well. In fact, your adventures might bring you to some new locations where construction has concluded. Take a look around!

On every building bulletin board, as well as on your phone, there's a new posting for this week's Dorm Wars tasks. Check out which answer resonates with you the most, and then get those points for your team! Speaking of your team, it seems like Office Hours are open for all Dorm Heads if you'd like to chat with them. Maybe see if there's anything you'd like to redeem a voucher for?

Though if you're looking through your phone, it appears that the profiles for Hiyori Tomoe and Kaoruko Hanayagi have both disappeared. Expulsion is a hell of a drug.

Finally, it's Spirit Week! I wonder what that means. There's also a few posters advertising a Debate Tournament coming up, little stickers of donuts and dogs being used to give them a little personal charm. It seems like the seasons are really flying by too, as spooky times suddenly creep up on everyone. Halloween decorations like large pumpkins and pop-up ghost and ghouls litter the campus excited to give you a fright. Though maybe you should be afraid of yourself most of all? Somewhere on your body, your greatest fear will be written on you. It cannot come off, and it glows in the dark. Enjoy the free tat.

[ she glances down to her hands, and after a moment's hesitation - nods. ]

Sure, please do.

Bring your arm up to here... [she gently adjusts her arm with both hands] and your hips should lock straight-on. [this time she doesn't touch, but demonstrates with her own body, imitating the stance she wants lux to change to.]

You'll feel more centered once you're in it, so that will be key.

[ lux lets herself be adjusted, and gives a quiet hum. ]

It feels difficult to recognize... Being centered. Maybe that takes more experience, too.

byleth gives lux a gentle, but very firm, shove—the kind that would normally knock someone over--

--but instead, it just moves her a little bit.]

[ wha--oh. oh! ]

I see!

[she nods, satisfied with the demonstration and lux's understanding.]

That's centering.

I think it will still take practice for this to become habit. But it's good to have something to practice.

[she nods. definitely!]

Lots of practice.

But once you can feel it, you'll feel strange when you aren't.

[she nods again, brightening.]

How can you tell where someone else's center is? That seems particularly impressive, to me!

[ she laughs ]

Well - it's very impressive! I can see why you were chosen to teach. It isn't just a matter of skill, but of being able to impart knowledge.

[she looks clearly flattered, but shakes her head... nonono.]

I can't imagine so. That would have to be some very impressive luck.

My Father was a good teacher.

Perhaps that's why.

[she looks momentarily wistful.]

[she's picking up a stick.]

[ that's a joke... it's a stick... ]

[she pretends to think about it. hmmmmmmm.......]

I suppose so.

[she's being funny!!

she squares off against lux, her own stick parallel in front of her]

You can attack me however you like.

[ lux laughs easily. ] Oh, you suppose so.

[ hmm okay. she looks like - she can't seem to decide exactly what her stance is. it's like she does okay when she's watching nier or byleth, but when she's left to drawing from memory her form is... off.

like she's trying to swing a much bigger sword than is reasonable. her thrust is more of a short swing. ]

[hoboy.

byleth just sidesteps it—and taps lux with her stick as she overshoots.]

That was more of a swing than a thrust.

What are you imagining your stick to be?

[ lux frowns... ]

A sword...?

[ a very big one, apparently. ]

How long, how wide?

[she knocks her stick against lux's]

Your weapon is an extension of yourself.

Make sure you're fully aware of its real physical size.
