Fall has truly swept over the campus, and the colorful leaves will crunch underneath your feet as you walk through the school. All the banners that had their motto shifted over the weekend seem to have reverted back as well. In fact, your adventures might bring you to some new locations where construction has concluded. Take a look around!

On every building bulletin board, as well as on your phone, there's a new posting for this week's Dorm Wars tasks. Check out which answer resonates with you the most, and then get those points for your team! Speaking of your team, it seems like Office Hours are open for all Dorm Heads if you'd like to chat with them. Maybe see if there's anything you'd like to redeem a voucher for?

Though if you're looking through your phone, it appears that the profiles for Hiyori Tomoe and Kaoruko Hanayagi have both disappeared. Expulsion is a hell of a drug.

Finally, it's Spirit Week! I wonder what that means. There's also a few posters advertising a Debate Tournament coming up, little stickers of donuts and dogs being used to give them a little personal charm. It seems like the seasons are really flying by too, as spooky times suddenly creep up on everyone. Halloween decorations like large pumpkins and pop-up ghost and ghouls litter the campus excited to give you a fright. Though maybe you should be afraid of yourself most of all? Somewhere on your body, your greatest fear will be written on you. It cannot come off, and it glows in the dark. Enjoy the free tat.

[for the mornings throughout the week, Byleth is passing out little flyers of paper. they've been neatly hand-written, because what the fuck is a computer, to read:

LEARN SELF DEFENSE
Now is the perfect time to learn—or polish up—self-defense abilities.
Byleth and Nier will be assisting anyone keen to study the self-defense
after classes daily in the gymnasium. This week we will study the blade.

underneath this is a single purikura sticker featuring nier and byleth, gigantic swords crossed diagonally, nearly obscuring the two of them. how'd they even get them in the booth...?]

3. After-School Classes
[welcome to the aforementioned daily classes!! Byleth and Nier are, as promised, both present, and readily assisting attending students—but it's clear who is taking the main teacher role, as nier seems to phase invisibly behind byleth any time there's a trickier question. if you didn't BYO sword, there's freshly-harvested forest branches, each about a meter long, thin, and naturally tapered like a pool cue, which they are free to keep.

Branches are much lighter then swords... It makes the practice much easier, I suppose!

[ she glances down to her hands, and after a moment's hesitation - nods. ]

Sure, please do.

Bring your arm up to here... [she gently adjusts her arm with both hands] and your hips should lock straight-on. [this time she doesn't touch, but demonstrates with her own body, imitating the stance she wants lux to change to.]

You'll feel more centered once you're in it, so that will be key.

[ lux lets herself be adjusted, and gives a quiet hum. ]

It feels difficult to recognize... Being centered. Maybe that takes more experience, too.
