On Friday morning at 7AM, everyone will find that they're now able to leave their suites and dormitories. How will they know the time they can leave? Well, it's because it's hard to ignore the fire alarm that's blaring in every building of the campus, and also the fact that all of the banners and materials with the school crest seems to have changed into something different? Hm.

Is this a practice drill? Did someone pull the alarm? Perhaps there's an actual fire somewhere. There's only one way to find out.

Maybe you should look around.

Welcome Students, to the third investigation!

We will be posting top-levels for searchable locations—one set at 6PM EST and another set at 7PM EST. Each location will contain evidence to find, though it's up to your efforts as to whether you find all of it. Please coordinate investigation groups on Discord, as we ask that group threads consist of no more than 2-3 characters.

We will stop tagging each top-level two hours after it went up, i.e. at 8PM and 9PM EST, respectively. Don't worry if you don't find everything! Characters will get the chance to revisit locations tomorrow at trial. At 9PM EST, an announcement will go up, confirming the victim(s).

Whatever fight caused the marks on the health office door happened here, too. Same weapon, probably.

Might've found something. [he's going to try to compare the chainsaw to the hot bar. i do not anticipate this working right now.] ...Catra, do you recognize this as Denji's?

[She looks up when the chainsaw is brought up like, ah. Yikes? But when she spots Taichi trying to compare it to the hot bar:]

Does it look like a match?

[What else is there in the cafeteria? Mystery. She will give the knocked over stools, chairs and tables another glance just to be thorough, making sure there's nothing buried beneath them.]

[Catra can have some nicks on the stools, as a treat. Actually, Taichi also probably would've found random nicks as he was checking out the overturned furniture, but I got distracted by blood. Ichinose can also find some. Nothing buried, though.

The chainsaw could be a match for the hot bar's markings. It doesn't have any blood on it. I don't know what shape it's in, how many shapes do chainsaws come in. It probably has no discernible smudges.]

[with ears drooped, she moves from the center counter and nicked stoops towards the blood spatters!! Taichi got most everything about them but there's one thing I must know and that is WHERE, EXACTLY, ARE THE BLOOD SPATTERS LOCATED IN THE CAFETERIA. . .]

If I can find him? Maybe. Or it might've been stolen from him and he doesn't know anything. Or it's not even his.
