Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

...Did they think Caiman would die if he was stuck somewhere cold overnight? I mean, not just because that would eventually kill anybody, but because of his...... head. They might have thought he was cold-blooded...?

It wasn't a joke. We don't know what the person who did this to you was thinking...it's as good of a guess as anything else.

Maybe? That's not a bad theory. If someone didn't know he really was like...mostly human, that could've been their thought. But then again if anybody got cold enough they could possibly die anyway.

What I want to know is how they got him in there.

I guess...yeah. I was mostly thinking how it's basically guaranteed for a reptile to die if it can't regulate its body temperature, but as far as we know, it really is just his head. [ beat ] I don't know. Teleportation? A strength-enhancing potion?

Even if it's just his head his brain's there? Maybe they thought if he couldn't regulate the temperature he'd die from brain failure or something. He was pretty pale when we found him...

I got an autopsy performed on my head, before. Outside of how it looks, all the internals' exactly the same as a person skull. Real person brain and everything.

So this asshole showed up one day during my zombie-hunting, and he just came in and took my head right off 'cause I underestimated him. But I regrew my head?! Vaux is a fucking freak so he kept my head, but we thought we could figure something out if we dissected it, so...
