Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

It almost sounds like people are just teleported when we all pass out. Hanayagi said she and Tomoe both woke up outside the night she killed him. And that Sieghart and Dimitri were already out there, too.

So it's less how you all got out there but how you moved, yeah. [...] I'm kind of out of ideas, too.

... yeah. Rupert said the same thing. [ :pensive: ] But if sleepers are moved the same way the murderer and target are, then that just gives us "why and how are they moved," and "how did some of them get dropped back in their dorms."

This is really out there, but we know the dorm heads are asleep at the same time we are. But what about Principal Bear?

... you gotta know I hate that, right Taichi? [ in a tired kind of way. ] I mean, we can try getting in contact with him and asking, I guess.

Man, I hate it, too. But I'm just saying. The bear would be big enough to move you. He could've decided you would freeze if you were left outside and moved you indoors.

[...shrug.] It's a lot less likely than something else, but. [SHRUG? listen he's tired, give him a break.]

[ This is a really sad and serious trial, but Claude snorts a little at imagining that. ]

...well, if the message from this week about finding his keys is any indication, he just might be relevant in some way.

[which she says seriously, but like, also with the tone of someone who cannot believe they are considering the bear theory.]

Yeah I've been thinking about that, too. Keys usually means something's locked up, right? How do we know the bear's not hiding something?
