Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

Lalli was with me most of the time, but even he and I separated in the fire.

Which of these did you get while separated, then, if you don't mind? Presumably the burns if it was during a fire, but anything else?

That should be all. The burns, the cuts, the bruises - in part. [ she gestures to her entire front and. kind nods over her shoulder towards her back. ]

There were also injuries brought about during... Illusions, or dreams. We were apart for those as well. [ which, she is belatedly realizing caleb did specify to remove bandages. so she looks down to her side. ] ... Should I remove these?

I think you should, yes. I can help with them if you need a hand.

[illuminance]

Undoing them is the easy part. Perhaps help with fixing them, after.

[ she gives a small smile. she will unwrap the bandage around her thigh to reveal an unhealed injury from what looks like a bullet grazing her. and beneath the bandage on her side: she's been stabbed, also not healed! it looks, uh... too small to be a knife. it's the size of a pen! wow. ]

Have you not been healed at all, Luxanna?

[hello? your injuries. she's looking at those (and everything else) with some measure of concern.]

[illuminance]

My cough is better.

[ so. that got healed! ]

-well, we can look into that after we're finished here.

[all of you and your wounds, good lord.]

Have someone confirm the other injuries if they're able to.

[actually followup question:]

The injuries you said you got while separated-- is there anyone who saw them before Thursday night, even if no one saw you receive them?

[illuminance]

Only the three who were with me on Thursday, during our adventure. But time was... Different there. We were reunited after time had passed and my injuries had healed.

Then they all reappeared fresh, as we left.

...in that case, I do think we're going to have to ask one of them if they're able to say for certain. You really didn't have anyone look at them after?

[illuminance]

[ she shakes her head. ] I didn't turn away help, but it didn't occur to me to hunt someone down and ask them to look at my body.

I would be happiest with Ichinose. [ because... she's a lady. ] But I understand if you're more comfortable choosing for me.
