Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

What does the armor do? Any special abilities?

Yeah. Makes me a bit stronger. But only once a week, and not for a long time.

How much stronger does it make you?

I don't really know, exactly? Not by a lot. It's more a big enhancement of what I already have, versus somethin' like...super strength. Not like that.

Could you use it here, and show how it works?

Uh, sure? I haven't used it, yet. To demonstrate it, though, I'd probably need somethin' to fight.

You couldn't just lift something heavy?

I could try? But the power's for attack and defense, specifically...I guess I could lift someone...like, you could see it before, and after.

...Sure? Ask Caiman if he's up for it.

[This is weird but sure, Caleb is being thorough.]

See, I can't lift up Caiman now...

[And just going up to him. Embracing him. And....trying to lift! No! Can't do it! He's really trying! After a good thirty seconds, he gives up.]

[And now, the after. Mandricardo will stand, focus, and activates it, blue light around him disappearing as quickly as it came.]

[He approaches Caiman, squinting as he thinks of how he wants to do this, before bending down - with a sweep of his hands, he's princess-carrying this giant lizard. It's definitely taking him a bit of effort by the focus in his face, but somehow he's making this look easy.]
