Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

[ Mabel, meanwhile, will trepidatiously follow the trail of blood. What does it look like--as though it was dragged, or is it just droplets and splatters heading somewhere? What will she find at the end of it? ]

[ It looks disturbed! But in the way like there was movement over it and also a body was there. It's also just blood.

For Mabel, it's just droplets of blood headed over to the stables. There's footprints as well. ]

[Well. If nothing else, this does seem to confirm his assumption the actual murder took place here?

He is going to dig (with his bare hands) up a few especially disturbed looking areas a little just to like. Be SUPER thorough. Maybe it's blending in with the scuffle disturbed earth!!]

[ well. Mabel already knows what lies in THAT direction. but...do the footprints match Caiman's from earlier? Are the footprints themselves at all bloody? ]

...m-maybe we missed something in the stables yesterday. We should go check in there too.

[ Digging will reveal dirt and worms, I guess, whatever lives in dirt. Maybe Childe's there.

The prints are the same ones from earlier, yes. They're not bloody, the drops of blood just go along with them. ]

[I think we got the go ahead to check stables so. Tsuyukusa gets up to head over with Mabel.]

Yeah, lets. There's nothing here so... Maybe there's something that got overlooked there.

[ Mabel is recombing the stables for any more deets!! She beelines for where Molly's head was found, where she remembers there being some gore too. Is it still there? And if so, does the blood and/or gore appear to lead to somewhere/something? ]

[ The blood and gore don't lead anywhere! But it's all there, being gross and not where it belongs inside Molly. ]

[Tsuyukusa is going to take a closer look at it. Can he identify bone or brain matter within it's gory contents? Also before mods ask yes he would know what those things look like.]

[ she's starting to tear up because this feels like yet another useless investigation.

what about the horses?! are there any bloody hoofprints, any bloody horse mouths? ARE THEY HIDING ANY GORY EVIDENCE ]

[ If he looks very closely he can see some brain matter, as a tweat.

THE HORSES ARE FINE AREN'T THEY TRAUMATIZED ENOUGH AFTER FRECKLES WAS SHOT AND HAD TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ]

I think I'm about done but just to confirm, there's some brain matter, but like. Obviously not enough to comprise a full brain? Is there enough to take a sample back or is it just like miniscule bits.]

[ It's just very tiny bits. You can bring some back if you want but it's really not a lot of it. ]

[He already got blood and dirt all over his hands in the orchard so he might as well. He pulls a bit of paper out of his shirt to fold it up in a little packet like he does for his powders. Evidence.]

It's ok. I found some brain matter here, this is where you found the head, right? So now we know for sure now the brain was removed here. Lets head back.
