WEEK 3: TRIAL

week three: trial

victims:

Good thing yesterday was just a dream, huh?

Just kidding. Everyone will wake up to a text on their phone that has only a simple message:

Go to the gymnasium at 12 PM. Attendance is mandatory.

Everyone is free to go to the designated spot on their own, but once it hits 11:55, any stragglers will feel compelled to go and will join the others at the gym. As soon as every student is inside, the doors will lock behind them.

All of the bleachers are out, so students are free to sit wherever they like. At the very front of the gym is a gathering of a few items, one being a large desk where two of the Dorm Heads are present. When the clock hits noon, the scoreboard turns on, starting a countdown of nine hours.

From where she's seated, Sally speaks.

"You have nine hours again. It's... you'll be able to do it. Work hard."

Better get to it. That scoreboard is ticking.

Hello everyone and welcome to our fourth trial! the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6 PM EST, where no mod tags will occur.

Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9 PM EST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously.

If you have any questions at any time, please let us know by pinging us on Discord!

[ he brushes up at her side once he's parted with the pointy jrpg weapon, radiating unhappies. ]

Yeah. There's no way that he didn't fight back, not with the damages that the catwalk took. The saber's not in a great state, either, but Claude's taking a closer look.

[this time Manwol reaches for Kon's hand first. just holding it... vibing...]

...I'm going to hit him the next time I see him.

[WHO? CLAUDE? she means crow, she's just unhappy for stupid reasons that aren't even crow's fault, it's fine.

time to drag him from the afterlife]

[she's gonna slide right in the back of the line of "people who need to beat up crow"... she furrows her brows]

...He was tied to the catwalk, right? Could someone have marks on their hands from tightening the ropes?

[ he continues his current vibe of staring into the void of the gym during his conversations now that his mem pull didn't yield anything super conclusive, thinking. ]

... maybe. They might also just have marks that we don't have any way to vouch for, even if they were healed. With a weapon that has that much reach, and did that much damage on the area around them, I don't think you could get out of it without that.

[kon.. ur void.... but also same, damn]

Claude said there was blood on the tip of Crow's sword too. We can check for markings and any cuts, regardless of how healed they are.
